I recently completed an ESRI training course on Geo-Apps Development. This was a great guided resource for beginners in App Development and a wonderful Professional development module for GIS professionals.
The course covered the fundamentals of Geo-Apps creation, Web maps and services, Configuration of an Operations Dashboard, Survey123 form development and an Introduction to API Coding. The benefits of Open data sources, Crowdsourcing and Data Enrichment were also highlighted.
